Free shipping on orders of $60 or more.
$4.99 flat rate on orders under $60.
Delivery: 5-7 business days in Ontario, 7-9 business days in the rest of Canada.

United States

Standard: $5.99 USD.
Express: $11.99 USD.

Everywhere else

We ship to select countries with Canada Post. Your rate and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

If something goes wrong

Wrong address? Email us right away. We can fix it any time before the order ships.
Running late? Delivery times are estimates, and carriers have slow weeks. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Lost or damaged in transit? Email us with your order number, and a photo if it's damaged. We'll make it right.
